Is simple: see the mob detail, if the mob have EARTH attack, buy a simple armor and put EARTH stones on it. Buy a Weapon with many slots free as you can (recommend 5 min.) and put only AIR ELEMENTAL STONES. With that equipement you beat him fast. Oh, an buy a Earth Necklace with a higuer extra % Elemental Resistance.

Im level 12 and cant beat him! he kills me in one hit

I killed him with somone else and nothing happened!! He just reappeared after a few seconds with all his HP!! I don't understand the way to finish the quest...

@Quellek : Usually 'bosses' are impossible to be killed by yourself. Try to set up a party, high-level clanmates are almost always required. Good luck!
